The fields are automatically populated yet can be easily changed, plus there's a drop-down menu that gives you total control over what type of certificate you send, along with
templates for certificates, etc. This is ideal for states whose laws require specialty certificates for something like auto insurance; this way, you can include the relevant information and/or additional files for the insured's certificate.
